The five dwelling houses in a residential quarter designed by more architects are arranged so as to define a narrow pedestrian street. Oriented in the direction north-south, they have a glass front onto the garden in the wing south. To the north, a narrower, continuous front overlooks the pedestrian path, opposite the houses planned by architect Umberto Riva on the other side of the street. The detached house system is composed of pairs of dwellings built next to each other with a sharing wall that separates them.
